Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to me! I totally understand that plans change and would be happy to reschedule when needed. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid any fees. No worries—life happens! If you reschedule after the 24 hour mark, the card on file will be charged 50% of the service fee. No shows (and same day cancellations) will also result in a 50% charge of the service fee. So please don’t ghost me—I’ll miss you!
